Rupeksa JSC crewing company is fully licensed by Lithuanian Maritime Safety Administration; certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard in respect of recruitment of professional marine personnel and also obtained Certificate of being in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 1.4 of the International Labour Organization Maritime Labour Convention 2006.

Rupeksa JSC team available to you 24/7 with English working language, including ability to communicate in Russian and Spanish, provides marine recruitment services to clients within the merchant navy, and offshore sectors. We Search throughout Europe, including Baltic States, Russia and Ukraine for qualified and English speaking seafarer for any position, as per Your company’s requirements.

Rupeksa JSC Services include but are not limited to:

  • Pre-employment interview, aimed to verify seafarer’s experience, competency and fitness.
  • Checking seafarer’s qualification and sea-service which is cross-checked with previous employers.
  • Seafarer’s professional attitude, his behaviour, his character and personality.
  • Checking up validity and authenticity of seafarer’s certificates in compliance with STCW ’78/95 CODE, IMO requirements and ISM CODE.
  • Testing the English language including Marlin’s test.
  • Medical examination including drug and alcohol tests by Lithuanian Seafarer’s Hospital and other local and internationally approved Medical Authorities.

Rupeksa JSC additionally will make pre-travel arrangements as soon as a seafarer is accepted for employment by the Client:

  • Booking flight tickets worldwide through local travel agent.
  • Booking bus, railway, ferry and car transfers within Lithuania and other EU countries.
  • Flag State License documents for seafarers depending on the flag of the vessel.
  • Visa arrangements.
  • Supply with the working clothes and safety shoes.
  • Verification of certificates and licenses with Lithuanian Safety Marine Administration.
  • Booking accommodation if required.
